We worked with them on a 60 day closing. For the first 20 days I asked repeatedly about down payment and debt to income requirements, but they either lied to keep us from going to someone else or they are too incompetent to know. For the next 30 days our calls, emails, and office visits were ignored. The last 10 days involved them making hail mary attempts and then begging us to give them another chance. We ended up closing with another lender in less than 3 weeks and being told in out first conversation with them the debt to income and down payment requirements.
