Terrible Customer Service. Seller wants to charge me 20% "restocking fee" for placing order through Amazon and returning within return window. Person on phone slipped up, and said that they have to order when I place an order on Amazon, so if its not in inventory when ordered, why is there a restocking charge? Extremely frustrated - will be visiting this week in person to see if they change their tone. Over a 300$ "restocking fee" charge is not good business. Amazed that a newly added seller on Amazon is willing to potentially lose that income flow over something that could be solved in 1 minute. Good luck retail moving forward without Amazon!!!

I was told when I placed my order that it would arrive within a week, over a week later it’s still not here so I called and they said they were cutting my order of carpet today (yeah right) and that it should be here next week. Horrible customer service
