I have questions, what law says that banks can take a persons 30 acres that has nothing to do with the bank. Not payoff the mortgage he has with the bank. Now his family - part has been evicted/me living out of my vehicle one still on the property, Attorney screwed up. They want to sell this property to payoff mortgage now, even with the problems it has. It was listed at $275k so wrong what were they on. That' s not what the banks said a few year ago.
