I love banking at the Republic branch of Central Bank of the Ozarks. The staff there is always friendly and helpful, and the branch manager is fantastic. Every time I go into the bank, I am greeted by name and always receive quality help.

The Republic Branch is a joke! The management in place is rude, hateful, and makes up rules/policy as they go along to fit the lies they tell customers. My account was closed for a negative balance “$10” which was a monthly fee that they bank imposed, so when I went to deposit my check I couldn’t because my account was closed. I had no email, text, regular mail, or any other type of notice informing me that the account was negative.
