I give no stars buying ur home is very frustrating as is but to be rude to a potential customer is not acceptable never ok today was my WORDY experience EVER I was just gathering information and telling what I've been through so far and was told shut up im trying to help u OMG I couldn't believe what he said to me BILL ur people skills need help ur doing no favors for me if u felt that way I am a customer and customers make ur money. Being inconsiderate to to the customer I not ok at all I understand everyone has a bad day sometime but respect and patients can carry u much farther in life
