They are phonies. They will tell you that all of the complaints have been resolved and they have not. Joe claims he can resolve your issues and and he is useless. He let my home get all the way to foreclosure and everything he did was 100% useless. At that point he stopped returning calls. I had to hire a lawyer. I paid him roughly $5,000 to help with one home and had to get pay an attorney anyway because Joe and his company are useless. Then when that happened, I called and received no answer. So I e-mailed him advising I wanted to hear back about my money on my other home, on which only one letter was sent out. He responded to my email saying he would contact me on Monday. I sent more e-mails. To this day, no response and not one penny of over $3500 he took from me and didn't do a damned thing. Joe is a financial predator and a scam artist. He is worse than MERS or any institution to whom you owe money. RUN...DO NOT WALK...AWAY FROM ANY FURTHER CONTACT FROM THIS USELESS SERVICE.
