Dan's availability was remarkable: nights, weekends, early mornings, etc. - he always made himself available depending on my needs, and was simply a pleasure to work with throughout the process. If you're buying a home, you need that kind of availability in a broker because in the current real estate market, good homes go fast and you need to ensure you get an offer in quickly. Simply an excellent experience from the first meeting through closing!
