Jim worked on my loan. Im sure he had other customers at the time. but i would have never known it based on how effective and personal his services were. Hes a rockstar. I could go on and on about how fortunate I was to have him on my team, but I will try to break it down in a few clear points. 1. Responsive. I was so anxious as a first time home buyer. Whether it was Sunday morning or a Friday night, Jim made it a point to keep communication open 2. Diligent. I almost feel bad thinking about how hard and quickly Jim worked to get me my loan. He was recommended by a friend who told me the same thing, but i didnt realize the extent of it. 3. Personal. Jim truly cares about your well being and made it a point to cater his responses in a way that expressed urgency when needed without raising the already high anxiety levels around first time home buying. 4. Pricing. Inlanta offers several programs. Jim found me fantastic rates and got me an awesome rate locked in. 5. Honesty. As much as you want to hear "its a sure thing", Jim never made me a promise that couldn't be guaranteed, but he always laid out the facts and the odds. 6. His team. There are so many unnamed heros on his team that probably help him succeed every day. His processor Tracy was the only one i had any contact with outside of Jim and shes also awesome.
