I want to rave on Jaclyn Ruiz from Andrews branch and Alma from an Odessa branch. My debit cards were recently stolen and ran online. I thought it would be THE BIGGEST headache to deal with and i was wrong. Jaclyn helped me file my dispute efficiently and quickly and took all my needed information. Alma stayed on top of my account and called everyday with an update. They were both so patient and knowledgeable in all the questions i had. Thank you ladies!

Horrible the last few years. have been banking with them for years. Now every time my wife buys something online her card is locked. We were trying to buy things last night for a baby shower and her card got declined. We called to see why. “We put a 90 dollar limit on your online purchases” .... 90 DOLLARS!?!?!? What ?? Horrible customer service everything is bad here
