This was our first experience looking for financing for a condo. Brad and his group were recommended to us and from the first call to Brad, we were taken care of professionally and courteously. He was patient in explaining the whole process and he kept us updated constantly--even on the weekends! He was very responsive and answered calls, texts and emails promptly. We had some personal difficulties come up and he worked with us to make sure that everything went smoothly. I wish there were more than 5 STARS to select!!! Brad was VERY responsive - even received acknowledgement emails on the weekends. Brad and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful navigating through financing.
