Super unprofessional They will try and go with the highest quote from any bank to get more money in their pocket if the deal goes through. Buying a house is supposed to be exciting , well in my case it was nothing but stressful had to switch mortgage brokers randy is super unprofessional so I do not recommend going through select mortgage . He tried to get my boyfriends dad to dip into his retirement fund and hes not even the one trying to get the house he was just gifting us money with closing that's it . This place is a joke his communication skills are unacceptable .

So far not too impressed, they quote a cost for one thing and then when we go to have it done it is much more expensive than they quoted. we should have went with our own bank but at the realtors urging we went with Select. now we are $4k into the process with $10k to go, of course that is what was quoted so it will most likely be $15k more to go. to be sure Select mortgage will make sure your bank account is empty by the end of the process.
