Place did a good job getting everything done for mortgage closing. They had the best deal, and closed pretty fast. 4 stars because i was not told until i received notice in the mail, that they sold my loan off to another financial institution to manage payments. Kind of defeats the purpose of choosing a local institution if they just hand the loan off to someone NOT local. Now if there are any problems in the future, you know that i'll be on hold for an hour talking to a faceless financial entity dealing with their computer automated phone line. They handle closing very well though.

I have to say that it was a great experience working with Kristen Brooke. I was confident she would find the best rates and she did! Also very on top of service. Would highly recommend.
