Should have wrote a review some time ago. I switched both our personal and corporate accounts to Great Western about a year ago. Everything has gone smoothly. Their website and Android apps are awesome, the staff is great and they don't mess with our money (arbitrary holds on funds, unexpected service fees). The best thing about Great Western is I can manage both my personal and business accounts from the same app.

Although I do not currently bank here, I was pleasantly surprised at how kind the staff were... they were down to earth people & seemed very knowledgeable... I was offered a checking account or savings as an option... but it did not feel like a high pressure sale... I am happy with my bank, & only visited this location for a friend, if I ever have a bad experience with my bank, this would be my first choice for an alternative
