    Went to get paperwork to have automatic payment taken out of my Son's account for his loan, was told since he was in the Army the paper had to be notarized even though there was no place on the form to be notarized. So we took time out of our visit to go and get it notarized and to find come out it didn't need to be notarized whatsoever. What a joke!
