    Biscay (/ˈbɪskeɪ, ˈbɪski/;[1][2] Spanish: Vizcaya [biθˈkaʝa]; Basque: Bizkaia [bis̻kai.a]) is a province of Spain, lying on the south shore of the eponymous bay.
