I have been a Residential Mortgage Specialist for 18 years specializing in all Government loans (FHA, VA and USDA) along with standard Conventional loans and non-conventional loans (self-employed bank statement loans and loans for those with less than perfect credit). I am working with a 21 year family-owned and operated company as a broker wholesale lender that is highly specialized. On a personal note, I grew up in the city of Chicago and have been living in the Tampa Bay, FL area for the past 5 years, I have 3 children who I love spending time with, I also like fishing, art, running, sports and watching a good movie. Tony McDougal was very professional and supportive of the whole process. From the very beginning, he helped me every step of the way and couldn’t have made the process easier. I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to things of this nature and he was very patient with me the whole time while ensuring me that the Long ago, smoothly and efficiently in which it did. He never tried to push anything on me, but at the same time whenever I had a question, he answered it right away. I didn’t have the same experience with two other officers/lenders. They were either too pushy or Wouldn’t get back to me four days and even as much as a week sometime. Because it’s a big process to get all the paperwork for this, and sometimes you have to ask questions and they gotta be answered in a reasonably timely matter. and he came through big time. And it was a pleasure to work with him or for him to work with us. I highly recommend him and this company.

Our experience with this company was a very pleasant one. We had alot of hurdles to cross to get us a new home and our guy Tony who works for this company really helped us to buy our new home. He went above and beyond and was available even during the latest hours of the night to be able to do what was needed to ensure we qualified for our loan. We had the pleasure of working with Tony McDougal, or as we call him Ann Sullivan became the man is a miracle worker. Had it not been for him we would have never closed on our home. Tony works late nights and weekends to ensure his clients have what they need. I would recommend him 1,000 times over. Great at what he does.
