I have been a Residential Mortgage Specialist for 18 years specializing in all Government loans (FHA, VA and USDA) along with standard Conventional loans and non-conventional loans (self-employed bank statement loans and loans for those with less than perfect credit). I am working with a 21 year family-owned and operated company as a broker wholesale lender that is highly specialized. On a personal note, I grew up in the city of Chicago and have been living in the Tampa Bay, FL area for the past 5 years, I have 3 children who I love spending time with, I also like fishing, art, running, sports and watching a good movie. Anthony was great, from beginning to end. I understand how BUSY and hectic things can get. Dealing with many loans at one time. Anthony was always responsive to phone calls/email. Interest rate was great! This has been a long process, along with running into a few issues on my end, on top of me going back and forth between loan products! We had the pleasure of working with Tony McDougal, or as we call him Ann Sullivan became the man is a miracle worker. Had it not been for him we would have never closed on our home.
