Tony McDougal was very professional and supportive of the whole process. From the very beginning, he helped me every step of the way and couldn’t have made the process easier. I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to things of this nature and he was very patient with me the whole time while ensuring me that the Long ago, smoothly and efficiently in which it did. He never tried to push anything on me, but at the same time whenever I had a question, he answered it right away. I didn’t have the same experience with two other officers/lenders. They were either too pushy or Wouldn’t get back to me four days and even as much as a week sometime. Because it’s a big process to get all the paperwork for this, and sometimes you have to ask questions and they gotta be answered in a reasonably timely matter. and he came through big time. And it was a pleasure to work with him or for him to work with us. I highly recommend him and this company.
