Mix of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM.  As of 4/5/2024 - 99% of leads are purchase leads.  As a reminder our purchase leads are a great realtor relationship builder.  We do no have criterias for credit scores, but with over 50 lenders and growing we do have availability to every program. Includes live leads, lead management system, along with the additional kicker: LIVE LEAD TRANSFERS! 30 leads minimum per month with bonus live transfers at no extra charge.  Our goal is to fulfill your order in within a 30 day period with the additional goal of extra leads on top of the 30 at no additional cost. Monthly Fee is recurring - Cancel at anytime.
