I highly recommend their services especially for first time homebuyers .. very competitive rates and they go above and beyond to assist you. So, I used Pilgrim Mortgage and really didn't have many complaints. After almost an entire year, I still receive spam mail from them that averages about 1-2 letters PER DAY! If I skip checking the mail or go on vacation, it literally fills my mailbox. I never asked for it and already used their services, but wow.... relentless! I would give 4 or 5 stars, but if you use them then you accept a lifetime of spamming. - Update - A new high score: 4 SPAM letters in ONE DAY! Just never ends.
