Agent Jack Ferrari left a 1-star review twice on our company page. Here's my response to this agent, Good Afternoon Mr. Ferrari, I was shocked and confused by your review since my company has no record of your name as being a past or current customer in the past 12 years. I Googled your name and found out that you are a realtor with Florida Homes and Mortgage. I've done a lot of inspections for other agents within your office but no record of ever doing any for you. Please give me a call so we can discuss the issue that you have with our company and hopefully clear up the confusion. I also left you a voicemail. Thank you. Update I did reach Jack on his cell phone but he just hung up on me, very unprofessional.

Jack is courteous, knowledgable and works hard to find the type of properties interested in. A great guy to work with.
