I did a stream line refinance a few months back. The process with them was horrible. I had to sign and resign paperwork 8 times in total. I was given 4 different good faith estimates. I was told I would not need to bring money to the table due to credits and on the day of closing was told i needed over a grand. Rex the owner refused to admit fault and after much argueing agreed to waive partial clsoing costs that I still do not believe I should have had to pay and have taken it to 3 banks whom agree with me. After the rep whom was doing my loan there admited it was their fault rex still refused to admit fault. At one point in the beginning we were "the guinea pigs" because it was their first fha streamline under the new rules. Once done with closing we still had to argue for over a month to get my wife's name added to the deed which should have been part of the process. They like to push blame to others and deny wrong doing. The right thing in my opinion would have been to say hey we messed up and were sorry. But this was never done. In the end I feel as though I should not have paid anything for closing due to all the trouble and hasle we went through. I highly do not recommend this company.
