She is always so prompt to respond to emails/calls/texts, she does an amazing job at breaking down every document into layman's terms, all paperwork (up until the actual closing day) is signed and filed electronically which helps a lot with organization, and she is a very warm, friendly person which makes it easy to go to her with questions and concerns.
