Stay away. I've dealt with quite a few Mortgage companies in the past, and this company is definitely the B team.... at best. Proactive Communications are non existent, no explanation or dialog on changes from Missoula office, they will send docs to sign and not tell you they are coming or why or what has changed etc. Underwritting is painfully slow and feels completely detached. If you want to feel like you're dealing with a used car dealership, this is it.
