Former full-time employee. Had one of the worse managers to exist, Jan Janis! She immediately grew very envious and jealous of me. I was laid off with severance pay only after exactly 2 months of employment. I was laid off the second I reported Jan's hostile behavior to HR who also failed me. That company has absolutely no integrity. Like most St. Louis based mortgage companies, black employees don't last very long. Also, some of their mortgages are originated ILLEGALLY! They will originate the loan in a active licensed loan officer's name but will have an non active loan officer actually do the deal and benefit monetaryly but is not licensed in the state of Missouri. Oh they also have a cubicle full of liquor and allows their employees a "happy hour" down on the bottom level on company hours! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I unlawfully lost my job for no reason after leaving my job to come there in first place! I begged and pleaded with the Director and HR to spare my job and they ignored my cry. #whistleblower
