They are all really nice there sometimes they get a little snippy on the phone if you have them repeat something but other than that their really polite and always catch Fraud and unusual transactions on my account pretty much immediately which I appreciate the security of these banks and the ways they can immediately detect when something is wrong would never choose any other bank than them FCB itself is a good bank I always feel comfortable and at Ease when im in there doing something for my account or something THANKS FCB your awesome I will always be a customer there
