They tell me right away what they can or cannot do and tell the customer what they need to do to get the loan. I also appreciate the promptness, no matter what time of day or night when I ask for something to be done. They touch base and with the customer and keep everyone informed. Fast, Yes. Also quick to sell your mortgage before the first payment is due. Have had nothing but problems with the New Jersey based company that got their hands on our mortgage. Had a perfectly good bank approve our loan but we're dumb enough to listen to our realtor and use Michigan mortgage. Should have known they were in cahoots considering they are neighbors. Won't make that mistake again...beware!
