I met Josh Young while he work at Chase. I enjoyed talking to him and hearing all of the good thing his customer would say about him. Earlier this year Josh went to work for Caliber Homes and I contacted him since I wanted to buy a home. He got me pre approved, but it could be better if I took care of a few things on my end. A few months later and a lot of hard work I tried again. Josh is a very patient person, very easy to work with and talk to. When the home except my offer and the paperwork began, oh boy my stress level went through the roof. But Josh just calm my nerves told me everything would be OK and here I am now in my own home. It only took about a month and a half, but well worth it. If I ever have to do it again Josh will be the one to call. I recommend Josh Young to any person who is looking to purchase a home you want it to be an easy experience yeah may be a little stressful but he’ll be a good fit.
