Had a short initial interface with the Spartanburg SC agency. I was terribly disappointed with the customer service. Communications stopped all of a sudden after I was pre-approved. No callbacks or email replies without a reason. It is a shame. I was referred to them by someone I trust and had nothing but good things to say about the agency. I guess it is a hit and miss kind of thing. Or, they have preferred service. What really bothers me about this is that the principal tried to place the blame on me - for not getting call backs or email replies
