The staff is always great, they know my name and my son. The staff is well trained and professional. Very good experience.

If you have an account with this bank I highly recommend you close it and move your money somewhere else! They are VERY unprofessional and treated my 86 year old grandfather terribly when he went in to check on his accounts. I am so disappointed in the staff and their service. It is normally not in my nature to post this type of information publicly, but I feel very strongly about this and would hate for anyone to be misled by this place of business.
