On my second mortgage with myCU. Have had no complains so far. They are friendly and great at their jobs. I've never experienced a poor representative when I've called in to make payments, ask for information or make changes to my escrow. Not sure why everyone else is giving 1 star.

Refi my mortgage, was told do not worry about homeowners insurance, they'll pay it at close. Well this did not happen and a month after closing, i get a cancellation notice from my agent. Being a credit union member has its benefits, however dealing with this horrible, pathetic excuse for a mortgage "service" company is not worth it.
