Brian and his team were the easiest part of buying our house. I won’t ever use anyone else except for cherry creek.

Brian and his team were amazing! They dealt with our difficult problems and never put those problems back on to us, always went out of their way to solve them. As first time home buyers they made the process so simple, always explaining to us what was going on and keeping us in the loop. Imagining this process before we went through it seemed like a stressful and painful process but it was not even close to that. Although I still stressed, my own personality, they really took the time to ease my stress. They realized how big of a purchase this was for us and treated us as if we were family. I would highly recommend using Brian and his team, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience.
