Worst bank ever I regret getting a credit card with them now I can't log in to my account because they been having "difficulties" yea for a month n still cannot fix it so if I make my payment how am I supposed to know my new balance?? SMH and the interest are very very high

Applied for a membership online and 1 week went by and called the CS line with my app# and was told that still under review. TDECU well you guys missed out on a A+ credit member (700+ FICO)with a possibility a $52k auto ref + a $8k PL + $90k in DD from my job + Xfer Accts from another CU. I guess that’s why I see you guys get 1 star ratings all over the web. Overall POOR customer service! NOT the way you provide financial service that enhances families lives!!!
