Best way to pay your mortgage if your like the many american families the live paycheck to paycheck.They were hesitate to tell me the fee they charge for what reason i don't know. After i got it out of them, i did the math and it was still a good deal. I was paying my mortgage on time every month and never fell so relieved. i had NBA for about 1 year before they got shut down and that was two years ago but i'm still waiting for them to start back up.

I really liked my service with NBA. I saw the one-time fee as almost immaterial considering the savings over the life of the loan. In my first two years of home ownership, they were able to accelerate my loan payoff by thousands! Not to mention the ease of set up and not having to worry about holding one half of a check, logging in to make a payment, etc. With them it's "set it and forget it" but I had the added benefit of making a mortgage payment every time I got paid. Not sure why the service is being fought so aggressively by banks, but it really was great for consumers. Hope they can restart soon.
