Beyond slow dragging feet with our buyers and in doing so we’ve had to move the closing date twice which has forced us in to living in motel until this gets finished. They won’t return our agents calls and because all of the delays we may loose the home we are purchasing in the process. I will not allow another buyer that uses them to purchase any of our future properties.

Absolutely terrible. Our closing has been delayed three times with miscommunication all along the way. At one point both sides of our transaction were told we were clear to close, only to find out a week later that the appraisal hadn't even happened yet- we found out from the appraiser and never heard anything from Tim Stratton. We've been told its common for him not to have final documents ready until the day of closing, forcing further scrambling and delays. Avoid at all costs.
