I was shocked that this company was so unorganized and had NO follow through. I worked with Chris Harlan and his service was terrible. They will over charge you for items at different prices. Example, Appraisal was over charged and they quickly get you to pay up front before pre-approving you. Please be aware of their shady practices and don't give them any money up front.
