I was refinancing a property and was guaranteed that it would go through. I specifically asked our lender, Ray Grewe, these questions prior to paying for the appraisal. I wanted to make sure we weren't throwing out money away. I pay for the appraisal, spend many hours gathering paperwork to find out that PRMG can't actually close the loan. I asked Ray for a refund and he refused to give us one. I have zero confidence in this company. The least they could have done for us is refund our appraisal. I have worked with many lenders and strongly encourage you to look elsewhere before using PRMG. I have never left a bad review but I think it is only fair to let the public know.
