Karley and her assistant Nicole were both a pleasure to work with! Everything I said was heard, and our needs and desires anticipated without our even having to ask. They were both very professional, while at the same time behaved as real people - not just robots conducting business. We were quite pleased!

She was also very responsive--she responded to most texts and emails within minutes. At closing, the seller's realtor commented on how proactive she was during the entire process.
