Commenting on Mr. Adam Kanak (Mortgage Banker) in particular, I had an excellent experience with this gentlemen throughout the whole process of closing on our new home. We went without a Realtor and he helped us navigate a lot of the unknown unknowns. This was my second closing on a property and while the first was fine too, Adam's frank but pleasant demeanor throughout was a real benefit to my party. I work overseas and my circumstances are probably as far from boilerplate as you can imagine. There were a ton of hurdles to navigate and Adam helped us drive right through them. Note I am writing this weeks after the close, and am not speaking from a place of "new house" euphoria. Adam did great work, I and I certainly appreciate it. I highly recommend!
