If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did our mortgage broker put everything off until the last minute, sending "Urgent" emails less than a week before closing, they screwed us out of our down payment. We lost the house we were going to by and thousands of dollars that would have gone towards another house. I have not been impressed with how they do business. First time home buyers, I do not recommend going to them unless you want to be confused and frustrated.

Tina did great organizing everything and ensuring that all parties were completing/turning in paperwork/documents in a timely manner. She was consistently communicating with us every step of the way. She was answering questions when I thought it was way to late to get a response back. She was really great, thorough, professional, organized, available, and helpful. I would definitely refer her to friend or family member.
