    I am extremely livid with this bank. Without word, they underhandedly "upgraded" my account without my consent and began charging a monthly service fee. These new owners are scum.

    Customer service is NOT "Here for you!" The video tellers are very impersonal. Will be changing banks. Taking our large farm account with us.
