Extremely unprofessional treatment by the employees here. An issue arose that required me to think about using another bank because they wouldn’t allow me to deposit money into my account and made multiple excuses as to why they were denying me. None, I repeat none, of their reasons were even remotely valid to the point that I had never even heard of such “rules for all banks” in my life. I know it was simply untrue, and it took going to the manager to complete my request. While being processed, the original teller made rude comments and faces at us to the teller working with me then refused to answer my questions. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I should have expected this from a WalMart bank, I guess.

Rude, unprofessional employees! STAY AWAY! The lady and branch manager today refused to help in any way and even when I told them that I called the 800# and spoke with Angela they STILL refused! Closing the account!!!
