We sold our house last year before we actually found a replacement home to move into. Our buyers were agreeable to lease back to us for an extended period while we continued our search for a new home. After a few weeks we made an offer on a place but the deal fell apart after an unfavorable inspection. We later found the perfect place with a newer model manufactured home on 2 acres with a shop in the Beavercreek area so we negotiated an acceptable offer with the sellers.
