Jeff Lancaster and his team are incredible! I've worked with Jeff Lancaster/Kevin Caton through 3 mortgage loans and they've been nothing short of amazing to work with each time. They're always extremely professional and available for questions. The mortgage process is definitely my least favorite part of home ownership, but Jeff/Kevin make it easy for us every single time.

As a Realtor you become the padding between many different people: client, lender, opposing Realtor, inspector, the list goes on and on....My experience with Mike at Academy gave me a firm foundation to speak concisely with each of the other players in this Real Estate Game. When I have to look at a client eye to eye and say, “I trust Academy and I trust Mike” then that puts me in a very difficult position. It was amazing to allow myself and clients to fall into Academy (Mike’s) hands and be caught. I am proud to be aligned with Academy!
