Wow! Where do I begin? I met Ms. Lisa Burkes of Cardinal Financial on a recommendation by Deanne Fite of JudgeFite Realty...both by phone only. Ms. Burkes saved me from a VA loan fiasco from a major banking institution. She was able to pick up where they left off and was able to get me to CLOSING ON TIME. I should mention that she was present at closing to make sure all went well. Afterwards, she also assisted me with getting my utilities connected...talk about southern hospitality!
