This mortgage company was awesome to work with, fast, thorough, and efficient. My loan officer was Shannan. She and the whole mortgage team worked very hard and stayed in close contact with me to ensure I knew what paperwork they needed. The faster I got them the documents they wanted, the faster I closed. I used the VA loan—which was a meticulous process and they navigated through it without fail for me. So many things can go completely wrong when trying to close the deal, Total Mortgage understands this and helps you through it all. Glad I walked away from the other 3 lenders I was researching prior to meeting this team.

We had such a great experience working with John at Total Mortgage as we bought our first home! John was very helpful with our many questions and always responded quickly. Thank you so much for all your help!
