Customer service is non-existent. Everyone seems to not know what is going on and it is extremely unprofessional. Upon waiting in line behind the counter, the teller was making fun of another customer that had came in the previous week, while his co-workers and the customer in front of him laughed. Not something I want to listen to from anyone, especially not in a bank where it is generally quiet to begin with. I was also given information when coming to open a new account by one of the employees and find out that that information was just given to me without any authorization from a manager, and there was zero attempt on the branch manager's part to do the right thing and follow through with what her uneducated and uninformed employees are telling people. This entire branch needs help.

Customer service is excellent! Every visit, I always feel like I'm the only customer in the bank.
