Excellent bank with a very friendly and helpful staff. I have used them for years and plan to continue using them. Special thanks to the loan department for being fast and efficient.

I called to set up an appointment to talk with a loan officer about a small business loan. I spoke with Craig and after explaining the property I am looking to purchase and business I was looking to open he advised he wasn't interested in meeting with me to discuss rates or requirements. I have never found a financial institution that was so dismissive about making a new client and money, especially when it is in the community that they supposedly support. I love to support local businesses and keep my finances in Wagoner, but its people and companies like this that make big financial institutions an unfortunate necessity.
