Jodi white and the team at Belay Mortgage fought hard to finance my loan and close the sale in under a month. They were available day and night to answer any question that I may have. Jodi provided me with multiple loan options that were all so good it was hard to pick between them. When I say that they were available day and night I really mean it. Being a first time home buyer with a lower credit score I had to provide a lot of documentation in order to secure the loan. I would often call the team at Belay Mortgage long after the sun had gone down to make sure that everything was in order. The day after the seller accepted my home offer they received a much higher offer. The seller gave us 26 days to close and had a was going pull out of the sale if we didn't meet the deadline. Jodi, Candace and Ashley fought tooth and nail to be able to close in time and without them I know I wouldn't have this beautiful home. When we discovered we were going to relocate, we went back to Jodi without much deliberation--and it was a pleasure to work with her again.
