Very nice municipal golf facility. Two courses, the Lakes and the Oaks. The Oaks is tighter, while the Lakes is more scenic and wide open. Not too expensive, but carts are a little pricey. Nice practice facility, with grass tees on weekends during the summer. Very good putting and chipping areas. Holes 10-12 on the Lakes are as good as any in the area. Recommended.

Played the Oaks course on a Friday morning. The course was in good shape, challenging, and the fees were not bad compared to other courses in the area ($41). Took a star off because Mr. Grumpy Grumps behind the counter in the pro shop was being a little a-hole. Cheer up, bud, you work at a beautiful golf course that allows you to watch golf on TV all day while the rest of us slog it out in our 9-5s. Starters were very helpful and the marshal even provided us ice cold towels in the sweltering 90° heat/humidity. Would definitely go back on a weekday and try my best to avoid Captain D-Bag in the shop.
