I was never informed that you could only make 6 transfers from a checking account per month, so when I kept going over the allowed limit, instead of giving me a warning, they disabled my online banking transfer function. I cant do anything online or on my phone/app (except for check balances) for a year. When confronted, they simply told me it was in the multi page agreement packet I signed. I will be finding a new bank, because this one is not worth while.

This FCB charges you $10 if you want a new debit card. My daughter lost her purse so she put a hold on the card. A nice person found her purse but the bank charged her to replace the card. Bad business especially when she has a substantial amount of money at the bank.
